MacKinney Family wins the Family Award!

Bennett, our dear family friend (and my mom's oncologist)
Gerry Cato, my Uncle Mark (who is Bennett's dad) , my
grandpa Mark (84 years old and entering the bike race was
his idea!), cousin Matthew, uncle Tom (who is Matthew's
dad), and uncle Ted. A bunch of wild and crazy Irish men!
:-) This is my mom's side of the family, the MacKinney side.
Bennett and Gerry live in
Phoenix. Uncle Mark, Uncle Tom and Matthew live in
Connectic. Uncle Ted lives in California.

The sisters and one of the
wives were the support team. From left to right, my
aunt Kathy, my aunt Judy, my other aunt Judy (also known as
Tom's Judy since she is my uncle Tom's wife), and my very
own mom Ruthie. These are the wild and crazy MacKinney
women. Kathy came
down from Washington, the two Judy's came from Connecticut,
and my mom lives in Prescott.
Kathy made us all a
wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner to enjoy after the race.
It was fantastic!! Good food and good company--what
could be better? |
